(POCATELLO, ID) – Tuition rates at Idaho State University are on the rise. Idaho residents now pay nearly $3,200 each semester. That’s compared to only $2,500 four years ago. For non-residents and international students, who now number more than 1,200, tuition is now about $9,400 per semester, nearly double what they were paying in 2010. ISU is asking state budget writers for an additional $20 million to fund more research and to provide scholarships for low-income students with good grades.
