Jon Gosselin Planning to Sue Kate for Custody of Their Sextuplets?

Dave Kotinsky/Getty Images(LOS ANGELES) — In the latest twist in the renewed public feud between Jon and Kate Gosselin, Jon says he’s going to sue his ex-wife for primary custody of their 9-year-old sextuplets.
Jon claims to In Touch magazine the sextuplets — Aaden, Alexis, Collin, Hannah, Joel and Leah — “live in fear of Kate.” He continues, “Every time I see them, they tell me they want to live with me.”
Jon also argues that Kate violated their current custody agreement by not giving him the option to look after the kids when she and the ex-couple’s 13-year-old twins, Cara and Mady, made the trip from Pennsylvania to New York recently to make TV appearances.
Jon says he’ll file the necessary paperwork once he saves enough money for lawyers and other legal fees.
The former Jon & Kate Plus 8 couple has criticized each other in several recent interviews. Last week, Kate, Cara and Mady made an awkward appearance on NBC’s Today show in which the twins mostly stayed silent. Afterward, Jon told TMZ he felt Kate put Cara and Mady in a “horrible” situation.
Jon and Kate’s bitter divorce was finalized in 2009, after 10 years of marriage.
