Sex Trafficking Suspect Waives Prelim

(JACKSON, WY) – A Pocatello man accused of sex trafficking in at least two states has waived his preliminary hearing.  Jonathan Massoletti was arrested in Jackson, Wyoming for drunk driving on Jan. 6. Three other people were with Massoletti at the time, including an 18-year-old prostitute. Massoletti is accused of forcing the girl to have sex over 100 times in Jackson and Washington state. If convicted, Massoletti would spend up to 50 years in federal prison.
