Rigby Woman Collides With Snowplow

(RIGBY, ID) – A Rigby woman was involved in an accident with a snowplow Tuesday morning.  The Bingham County sheriff’s office says Kelsie Lewis hit a patch of ice in the Groveland area west of Blackfoot and struck an oncoming snowplow. The accident happened just after 9 a.m. The driver of the snow plow, Royce Samargis of Shelley, was not hurt. Lewis was taken by ambulance to Bingham Memorial Hospital with non-life-threatening injuries.
