The issue before the court challenges the Affordable Care Act and its birth control provisions. Justices will decide whether for-profit companies must provide insurance to their employees for contraception, or if business owners can say their religious beliefs are violated by the requirement.

Hobby Lobby and other for-profit businesses are arguing the four types of contraception on the ACA list could destroy an embryo and therefore go against their fate.

Supporters of the company gathered outside the court chanting, “My faith, my freedom, my business.”

Those in favor of contraceptive coverage for employees were also present, shouting, “Women must decide their fate. Back off boss, my health can’t wait.”

A decision from the Supreme court is likely to come by June.
