Boise Man Arrested for Drugs in Idaho Falls

(IDAHO FALLS, ID) – A Boise man was arrested in Idaho Falls Sunday on felony drug charges. Bonneville County Sheriff’s deputies were called to the Maverik store on the 3200-block of South Yellowstone following a call about a suspicious person on the property.  Forty-eight-year-old Alonzo Peery was found to have a warrant for his arrest on a felony parole violation. When officers searched his backpack, they found 2.9 pounds of marijuana. Bond has been set at $30,000.
