DUI Suspect Sports Ironic T-Shirt In Mug Shot

Benton County Jail(NEW YORK) — A picture is worth a thousand words, and such is the case with 21-year-old Oregonian Ross McMakin, whose mug shot for a DUI-related arrest Sunday night featured him wearing a grin and a T-shirt featuring the words “Drunk as S**t.”
According to The Smoking Gun, McMakin was arrested after allegedly driving his vehicle onto the sidewalk, slamming into a parked car, then assaulting his girlfriend when she tried to take away his keys.
The suspect reportedly told cops he was only driving at the time because his girlfriend couldn’t drive stick.
He was slapped with a handful of crimes including DUI, reckless endangerment, harassment, and strangulation.
