In a news conference Tuesday, Tennessee Bureau of Investigators Director Mark Gwyn said authorities have a second suspect. Jason Wayne Autry of Holladay was charged with one count of especially aggravated kidnapping and one count of first-degree felony murder. Autry, 39, was friends with known suspect Zachary Adams.

Bobo disappeared from her home on April 13, 2011. To date, no body has been found. Officials have sworn statements from witnesses who saw the nursing student in the presence of both Adams and Autry after her disappearance, District Attorney General Hansel McCadams said.

“We believe that there are individuals out there that have information, possible involvement, and I think this sends a clear message to them that they should be expecting a knock at the door pretty soon,” McCadams added.

Witness statements from Bobo’s brother detailed a man in camouflage dragging her into the woods near her home.
