(POCATELLO, ID) – The old Eagles building on West Benton in Pocatello is being turned into an events center. The Idaho State Journal reports that the two-story building will be renamed “Liberty Hall” and will be open for parties, weddings, business meetings, and just about anything else. Owners Torrey Whitaker and Nicki Chopski say they wanted to renovate the historic building to provide a smoke-free environment to host country-swing and two-step dances.
