Obama the ‘Worst’ President Since WWII?

Alex Wong/Getty Images(WASHINGTON) — President Obama is considered to be the worst president since World War II, narrowly beating out George W. Bush, according to a new Quinnipiac University poll released on Wednesday.
Obama was the choice of 33 percent of those polled for the selection of worst president, the largest percentage of any of the 12 presidents since 1945 when the war ended.
The poll asked respondents, “Thinking about the United States Presidents we have had since World War II: Harry Truman, Dwight Eisenhower, John Kennedy, Lyndon Johnson, Richard Nixon, Gerald Ford, Jimmy Carter, Ronald Reagan, George Bush Senior, Bill Clinton, George W. Bush and Barack Obama, which one would you consider the best president?”
The next question asked respondents “which one would you consider the worst president?”
Ronald Reagan topped the best president list, followed by Bill Clinton and John F. Kennedy.
Obama was named worst president by a narrow margin over George W. Bush, with Richard Nixon trailing in a distant third.
Obama ranked fourth on the best president list, and first on the worst president list — perhaps revealing a strong partisan divide among the poll’s respondents.
