Shooting at Gem Lake

(IDAHO FALLS, ID) – A shooting was reported at Gem Lake south of Idaho Falls Wednesday afternoon. Deputies say someone or a group of people shot out the windows of two minivans parked near the lake. Witness Jonathan Delon, who was swimming at the beach, told Local News 8 that he heard a bullet fly over his head. The shots took out the windows on both the driver and passenger doors in both vehicles. An investigation is ongoing.
