Auction Helps Toddler Battling Leukemia

(DRIGGS, ID) – Teton Valley residents recently helped raise more than $20,000 for a toddler fighting leukemia.
Local News 8 reports that a 4-H pig was auctioned off a total of 34 times to help the family of 2-year-old Edie Barnes. Her father, Rod, says it’s something he’ll never forget.
University of Idaho extension agent Ben Eborn says it couldn’t have happened without the close support of community members rallying around their neighbors and friends.
