Wilson Ramos hit a three-run single in the top of the 11th inning to help the Nationals outlast the Atlanta Braves 4-1 on Saturday night.

The start of the game was delayed by 3 hours, 41 minutes, and the final out wasn’t recorded until Sunday at 2:29 a.m.

Tyler Clippard (7-2) pitched a scoreless 10th inning for the victory, and Rafael Soriano closed the door on the Braves in the bottom of the 11th for his 26th save.

“Considering all that happened today, and the way we had to fight through the last couple of days, it was pretty good for us,” Nationals manager Matt Williams said. “We fought all the way.”

David Carpenter (4-2) took the loss for Atlanta.

The Braves have now lost nine of their past 10 games.
