Seat Belt Enforcement Campaign Begins Thursday

Idaho Falls, Idaho — As motorists hit the road to begin holiday travel, the Idaho Falls Police Department wants to remind everyone to buckle up.
Multiple law enforcement agencies are participating in the national “Buckle Up America. Every Trip. Every time” campaign that begins Thursday and runs through the end of the month.
The IFPD received $7,500 in grant money from the Office of Highway Safety to place extra patrol officers on the road to focus on seat belt enforcement.
