Seahawks Hold Back Rams to Wrap Up Top Seed in NFC
Published at(SEATTLE) — The Seattle Seahawks held the St. Louis Rams to 245 total yards of offense en route to a 20-6 win Sunday.
The Seahawks (12-4) secure the top seed in the NFC playoffs for the second-straight season.
The Rams (6-10) actually led 6-0 at halftime, but the Seahawks scored 20 unanswered points, topped off by a Bruce Irvin 49-yard interception return for a touchdown.
Marshawn Lynch ran for 60 yards and a touchdown in the win.
Seattle finishes the regular season on a six-game win streak, during which it held five of its six opponents to less than 10 points.
