Judge Decides Against Delay in Trial of Surviving Boston Marathon Bombing Suspect

FBI(BOSTON) — A federal judge ruled on Friday to not delay the trial of Boston Marathon bombing suspect Dzhokhar Tsarnaev.
Attorneys for Tsarnaev had argued that the amount of evidence to be sorted through and the ability to give their client optimal representation would best be served by delaying the trial into September.
Instead, the judge said, jury selection will begin as scheduled on Monday.
