The president has been making small appearances around the country to preview his State of the Union speech slated for Jan. 20, and now this week he’ll talk about cybersecurity, an issue that’s on everyone’s mind after the Sony hack.
After a speech on identity theft at the Federal Trade Commission on Monday, President Obama will appear at the National Cybersecurity and Communications Integration Center on Tuesday to discuss cybersecurity and efforts to collaborate with the private industry to combat cyber threats.
The president then heads to Iowa on Wednesday, where he will lay out new steps to increase access to affordable, high-speed broadband across the country.
