Blackfoot man missing from care facility, possibly in Fort Hall

BLACKFOOT — The Bingham County Sheriff’s Office and Blackfoot Police Department have issued a missing person notification for 63-year-old McDonald Blackhawk.

Police report the Native American man walked away from the Cedar Living Center, an assisted care facility in Blackfoot, around 4 p.m. Tuesday, Nov. 10.

He may possibly be en route to the Fort Hall area as he has family there, according to a news release.

He was last seen wearing a black beanie, blue shirt, gray sweats, boots, and he walks with a cane. Blackhawk’s physical description is 5’11, 200 lbs, black hair, brown eyes and he wears reading glasses.
