According to ESPN, Ray-Ray Armstrong reportedly barked at the dog then lifted his shirt and pounded his chest while on his way to the field for a warm-up before the game against the Pittsburgh Steelers on Sunday.

The sheriff’s office told ESPN the dog went “crazy” after the player’s alleged actions, and the deputy handling the dog tried to “control the dog the best she could.”

The crime is a third-degree felony in Pennsylvania, and according to ESPN, Armstrong may face charges by the week’s end.
