POCATELLO — Three people were arrested on drug charges in a Pocatello alley.

Police inspected a car parked in an alleyway at Second and Lawton around 2 p.m. Friday, Dec. 11, after smelling marijuana. Upon searching the vehicle officers discovered marijuana and meth in the vehicle and the two individuals in the car were arrested for possession according to police spokesperson Dianne Brush.

During the incident Kenneth Don Holloway, 28, came out of a nearby building and began arguing with police, Brush said. The building was abandoned with a no trespassing sign posted, so Holloway was patted down and police found meth on his person.

Holloway of Pocatello was arrested and booked into Bannock County Jail but was released on court services on Monday, Dec. 14. He faces felony charges of possession of a controlled substance and destruction, alteration or concealment of evidence, as well as a misdemeanor charge of resisting officers.
