Pocatello police plan meeting with LGBTQ community

The following is a news release from Idaho State University.

POCATELLO –- The Idaho State University Gender Resource Center and the Pocatello Police Department will host a community conversation at 6 p.m. on June 23 in the Middle and North Fork Rooms of the Pond Student Union on the ISU campus.

In conjunction with Pocatello’s PRIDE week, Pocatello Police Chief Scott Marchand would like to meet with members of the LGBTQ Community to hear about their issues or concerns and he would like to communicate his commitment to building and strengthening the Pocatello Police Department’s relationship with the LGBTQ community
