BOISE — You don’t see a truck with a giant potato on it driving around every day, but you might soon. The Famous Idaho Potato Tour kicked off Monday.
This is the Big Idaho Potato Truck’s sixth cross-country journey. It began in 2012 as a one year campaign to celebrate the 75th anniversary of the Idaho Potato Commission.
It travels across the country promoting the Idaho Potato and to create memories all over the country.
The tour will be visiting 60 cities and 25 states. To check out the full schedule, head to http://bigidahopotato.com/
