A flood warning also is in effect for northern Caribou County near Idaho Highway 34 due to flooding from snowmelt. Some roads have been observed to be covered by water.

A flood advisory, which means flooding is imminent, is still in effect for southeastern Bear Lake County and in Bingham County for the following communities: Dingle, Pegram, Aberdeen, Springfield, and Moreland, Pingree and Taber. Minor flooding of roads is being reported.

The rest of eastern Idaho remains under a flood watch through Thursday afternoon with minor flooding occurring in low-lying areas and near homes in various parts of eastern Idaho.
