UPDATE: Power restored to most of outage area

Full power was restored to Madison and Fremont County by 12:39 p.m. Tuesday.
The cause of the outage was a transmission interruption.
ORIGINAL STORY:
SUGAR CITY: Some 2,800 Rocky Mountain Power customers in St. Anthony, Teton and Sugar City are without power Tuesday morning.
The outage began at about 8:45 a.m.
Rocky Mountain Power reports the cause of the outage is still under investigation, but crews have been dispatched to repair the problem.
As of 9:16 a.m., Rocky Mountain Power estimates power will be restored by 11 a.m.
