East Idaho man dead after rollover crash near Soda Springs

SODA SPRINGS — Idaho State Police are investigating a single car fatality crash on 8 Mile Creek Road near the old Coldsprings campground in Bear Lake County.
The crash occurred at around 7 a.m. Sunday morning, according to a news release.
Police reports show Triston Perron, 20, of Grace, was traveling northbound on 8 Mile Creek Road in a 1973 Ford Bronco when he failed to negotiate a curve in the road. The vehicle went off the road, rolled, and came to rest on its top in 8 Mile Creek.
Perron succumbed to his injuries at the scene of the crash.
Perron was wearing a seatbelt.
