Bonneville County mobile home a complete loss after fire

BONNEVILLE COUNTY — A single-wide mobile home is a complete loss after a fire Friday evening.
The Idaho Falls Fire Department, Bonneville County Sheriff’s Office and EMS personnel responded to a mobile home park on Contor Avenue at around 8 p.m. The home was already engulfed in flames when emergency responders arrived at the scene.
It’s unclear at this time if anyone was in the building when the fire began. However, fire officials say no one was injured by the fire and no one was transported to the hospital.
The cause of the fire has not been determined. No surrounding buildings were damaged.
The majority of the blaze was extinguished by 8:30 p.m., but crews were continuing to tear down walls and search for hot spots with thermal cameras.
A number of the roads in the area remain closed as firefighters clean up from the fire.
