JUST ANNOUNCED: Country music legends to perform together in east Idaho

FORT HALL — Fort Hall Casino is excited to announce a fantastic show of Lee Greenwood & Crystal Gayle.

Don’t miss your chance to see these two classic country singers on stage at the Shoshone-Bannock Hotel and Event Center on Friday, October 13 at 7 p.m.

Lee Greenwood has won numerous industry awards including, Male Vocalist of the year for the Academy of Country Music in 1983, two Male Vocalist of the Year awards from the Country Music Association, 1983 & 1984 and a Grammy for Top Male Vocal Performance in 1985 for “I.O.U.”. He also won CMA Song of the Year in 1985 for writing “God Bless the USA.” The song, “God Bless the USA” has been voted the most recognizable patriotic song in America.

Crystal Gayle was inducted into the Grand Ole Opry as a member in January 2017 by her sister Loretta Lynn. The Academy of Country Music recognized Crystal with a 2016 Cliffie Stone Pioneer Award for her lifetime achievements in country music. In 2009 Crystal was honored to receive her own star on the fabled Hollywood Walk of Fame.
