Police: Woman threatened others with knife, broke windows with baseball bat

POCATELLO — A woman was arrested after police say she threatened others with a knife, hurt someone with the knife and then broke out windows with a baseball bat.

Kieara Denisce Martin King, 22, was arrested on malicious injury to property and aggravated battery charges after police were called to 4530 S. 5th Ave. around 10:20 p.m. Friday.

Martin King was reported to be intoxicated and threatened two acquaintances with a knife, according to a Pocatello police report. One person said they received a minor injury from the knife.

After Martin King left the home, police say she used a baseball bat to break all the windows of a vehicle parked at the residence. She also broke a front window of an apartment before leaving, according to officers.

Martin King was later located at her residence and arrested.
