CAUGHT ON CAMERA: Crash in Idaho Falls sends person to the hospital

IDAHO FALLS — A female was taken to the hospital following a crash Thursday afternoon.
The wreck happened at the intersection of 17th St. near Hoopes Ave. around 4:30 p.m. Surveillance cameras at a nearby business captured the crash as it occurred.
Three vehicles were involved and the woman, whose name and age has not been released, was rushed to Eastern Idaho Regional Medical Center, according to an Idaho Falls city spokeswoman.
Idaho Falls Police and EMS crews responded to the scene. Traffic in the area was backed up for nearly an hour.
