FEEL GOOD FRIDAY: A sweet surprise for over 100 men & women helping others

  Published at

Feel Good Friday is a weekly segment where EastIdahoNews.com partners with Wackerli Subaru to surprise people in our community with random acts of kindness.

Hundreds of men and women meet every Tuesday and Wednesday to volunteer their time at the The Idaho Falls Area Humanitarian Center, Inc. They make quilts, assemble humanitarian kits for third world countries, build toys for children in need around the globe and do a variety of other activities. The items benefit over 100 non-profit organizations in east Idaho and elsewhere.

We decided to thank these volunteers by dropping by with some delicious cookies from Mrs. Powell’s. Watch the video above to see how the surprise turned out!
