UPDATE: Traffic backup clear on US 20 after two-vehicle crash

The Idaho Transportation Department reports all lanes of traffic are open and the crash has been cleared.

REXBURG — Traffic is backed up for several miles on southbound U.S. Highway 20 after a two-vehicle injury crash Wednesday afternoon.
Idaho State Police and Rexburg EMS responded to the wreck at milepost 327 near Thornton around 5 p.m., according to Idaho State Police dispatch.
The right lane is blocked while emergency crews work to clear the crash. Traffic has slowed significantly as a result.
As of 5:45 p.m., no one had been transported to the hospital.
