UPDATE: Semi-truck blocking northbound lane on I-15 near Spencer

UPDATE:

On Monday, September 11, Idaho State Police investigated a single vehicle injury crash on Interstate 15, near mile post 183, in Clark County.

Vladimir Rukavishnikov, 60, of Lexington, Kentucky, was driving northbound on I-15 in a 2007 Peterbilt, pulling one trailer. Rukavishnikov drove off the right shoulder, back onto I-15, overcorrected, drove into the median, and then back onto northbound I-15 where it overturned and came to rest. Rukavishnikov was wearing a seatbelt.

The northbound lanes of travel were completely blocked for approximately two and a half hours. One lane of travel has been opened. One lane is still blocked.

Rukavishnikov was transported by ground ambulance to Eastern Idaho Regional Medical Center in Idaho Falls.

DUBOIS — A semi-truck crash is blocking the northbound lane on I-15 near Spencer and the Idaho/Montana border.

Idaho State Police dispatch says the commercial vehicle crashed at milepost 183, just north of Spencer just around 2:45 p.m.

At this time ISP tells EastIdahoNews.com only one vehicle was involved and they are not reporting any major injuries.
