IDAHO FALLS – Country music fans in east Idaho have a chance to snag a guitar autographed by some of the biggest names in the industry.

The Star Guitar Charity Auction is happening every day this week on 105.5 and 105.9 FM The Hawk.

A guitar signed by Wynonna, Clint Black, Hunter Hayes and 5 other country music artists will be auctioned off Monday morning between 5:30 a.m. and 10 a.m. during the Early Bird Show with Don Jarrett. Eight additional guitars signed by different artists will be raffled throughout the week.

Jarrett, who has done this auction for several years, told us in 2015,

“We are passionate about taking these guitars to as many country concerts we can within a 400 mile radius to get them signed by the biggest country stars. It’s a way to use our contacts in the country music industry to give back to charities in east Idaho.”

All the proceeds from the auction will benefit the Veteran’s Mobility Corp and Court Appointed Special Advocates for Children (CASA).
