Police: Toddler left at Utah corn maze, mother discovers him missing the next day

WEST JORDAN, Utah — A 3-year-old boy was left at a corn maze in Utah Monday night and police are investigating how it happened.
West Jordan Police told Fox 13 Utah a corn maze employee found the child at about 8 p.m. Monday and turned the child over to an officer.
Authorities cared for the child until his mother called police the next morning when she realized her son was missing.
Officials said the child and his family live in a home shared with other families.
The boy was placed in the custody of the Utah Division of Child and Family Services.
