Winter Light Parade to be held in Ammon tonight

AMMON — The city of Ammon and Idaho Credit Union will be hosting the annual Winter Light Parade and Gazebo Lighting at 6 p.m. Saturday.
The parade starts on the corner of Eagle Drive and Sunnyside Road near Broulims. The parade will then head east to Ammon Road, then north to 17th Street, then west to
Midway Avenue, and south on Midway ending at McCowin Park.
The Gazebo Lighting will follow at McCowin Park immediately following the parade.
There will be a lot of venders at the park and you can even get a fresh cut tree. They will have free hot chocolate, cookies, entertainment and Santa will stop by for a visit.
The Winter Light Parade is scheduled after the Idaho Falls Tree Lighting Ceremony at Civitan Plaza, so that locals can attend both events.
