Person taken to hospital after crash on I-15

IDAHO FALLS — One person was taken to the hospital with minor injuries after a two-vehicle crash on Interstate 15 Wednesday evening.
The wreck happened around 5:45 p.m. north of exit 108 near Shelley in the northbound lanes. Due to this position of the crashed vehicles, northbound traffic on I-15 was diverted off of exit 108.
Idaho State Police closed a section of the highway for nearly two hours while troopers cleaned up the wreck.
Officers encourage all drivers to use caution on slick roads.
