Two people extricated after car crashes into power pole

IDAHO FALLS — Two people were taken to Eastern Idaho Regional Medical Center after a one-vehicle crash on North 5th West near the Sage Lakes Golf Course.
Bonneville County Sheriff’s Office and Idaho Falls Fire EMS responded to the crash around 2:50 p.m. Friday.
It’s unclear exactly how the crash occurred, but a black sedan ended up impacting a power pole.
Two adults had to be extricated from the vehicle. They were transported in separate ambulances.
The cause of the crash is under investigation.
