GALLERY: Groundbreaking ceremony for second Wendy’s to open in Rexburg

REXBURG — Owners of the east Idaho Wendy’s franchise broke ground on a second building in Rexburg Friday morning.
The new location will be at 1117 South Yellowstone Highway. The restaurant is expected to be completed by December.
