Woman accused of trying to set up sexual encounter between her husband and 11-year-old

BOISE — A Nampa couple has been charged with attempted lewd and lascivious conduct with a minor child under 16.
Police arrested 35-year-old Mark W. Titgen and 26-year-old Kimberly M. Reidenbach in Kuna Thursday night. Both were booked into the Ada County Jail.
Reidenbach allegedly tried to set up a sexual encounter between Titgen and an 11-year-old via text message, The Idaho Press Tribune reports. A complaint filed against her states the alleged crime occurred between Oct. 26 and Nov. 1.
Attorney General Lawrence Wasden announced investigators with his Idaho Internet Crimes Against Children Unit arrested the couple with assistance from the Ada County Sheriff’s Office, Ada County Prosecutor’s Office, Kuna Police Department and the U.S. Marshals Service.
Titgen and Reidenbach are being held in the Ada County Jail on $500,000 bond. They are scheduled to appear in court Nov. 13 for a preliminary hearing.
