Alert canceled after mother and newborn are found

BURLEY — A statewide endangered missing person advisory for a one-month-old girl and her 20-year-old mother has been canceled after they found safe.
The alert for Zacora and Elizabeth Manning was issued Sept. 20. The pair was reported missing from the Rupert area.
Details about where they were found and where they have been were not released.
