Garth Brooks announces Salt Lake City stadium concert
SALT LAKE CITY, Utah — Garth Brooks is returning to Salt Lake City this summer as part of his stadium tour.
The country megastar announced Wednesday that he will be performing in Rice-Eccles Stadium on Saturday, July 17 at 7 p.m. This will be the first concert at the stadium in 10 years.
Brooks made history in 2019 by being the first artist to perform in Albertsons Stadium at Boise State University. When the concert sold out in less than an hour, Gov. Brad Little called the singer and asked that he add a second show. That concert also sold out.
Tickets for the Salt Lake City show will go on sale Thursday, May 6 at 10 a.m. Every ticket is $94.95 including all fees and taxes.
There can be purchased at ticketmaster.com/garthbrooks, by calling 1-877-654-2784 or through the Ticketmaster app. There is an eight-ticket limit per purchase.
