Juvenile killed in western Idaho crash

The following is a news release from Idaho State Police.

On Monday, April 26, at approximately 7:26 p.m., Idaho State Police responded to a one-vehicle fatality crash, north of Crouch.

A juvenile was traveling eastbound on Castle Mountain Drive at Warm Springs Road in a 1998 Ford Expedition. The driver lost control of the vehicle, left the roadway, and the vehicle rolled. A juvenile passenger was ejected from the vehicle and succumbed to their injuries at the scene.

Next of kin has been notified.

The driver was transported by ground ambulance to St. Alphonsus Medical Center in Boise. Neither occupants were wearing a seatbelt.
