Search underway for inmate who did not come back to reentry center
Published atIDAHO FALLS — Authorities are looking for a man they say walked away from his job while living at the Idaho Falls Community Reentry Center.
The Idaho Department of Correction says Zach Dell Heward, 35, is a resident at the reentry center and he did not return to the facility. Heward was a few months from his eligible parole date on Aug. 20.
Heward has a sleeve tattoo on his right arm with images of Buddha, flowers and skeletons.
The man’s record includes convictions in Bonneville County for two felony two counts of possession of a controlled substance and one count of grand theft.
Anyone with information about Heward’s whereabouts is asked to call police.
