A Feel Good Friday surprise for an amazing drama teacher who inspires everyone around her
Published atEastIdahoNews.com is partnering with Ashley and Ashley Outlet of Idaho Falls to honor people in our community for Feel Good Friday. Every week, we surprise someone deserving of special recognition.
Today we are honoring Jorden Cammack, the drama teacher at Thunder Ridge High School. We have received several messages lately about how incredible Jordan is at impacting the lives of the students. One email said:
Jorden is an insanely hard worker and an amazing teacher. She not only directs Thunder Ridge High School’s plays, but is also a founding member and producer for Ammon Arts Community Theatre. She works tirelessly to bring the magic of theatre to her students and the community. She’s always working on at least three different projects. She promotes and nurtures creative expression among her students. She inspired me to become a drama teacher as well and I’m currently studying to follow in her footsteps.

Jorden Cammack is the drama teacher at Thunder Ridge and pretty much the most amazing human alive. She gives everything she has to her students. She inspires them and has created not only an incredibly talented group of students, but all around amazing people. Theater kids are not always accepted and appreciated in high school, but Jorden loves them unconditionally and gives them a place to feel safe and accepted. We will never be able to thank her enough for what she has done for our child, but we would love to see her be honored and celebrated for the work she does.
We decided to thank Jorden for Feel Good Friday. Check out the surprise in the video player above!
