In celebration of 2020 Open Enrollment, Your Health Idaho is partnering up with Community Family Clinic to bring you free health services and healthcare enrollment assistance.

Join us at the Community Family Clinic offices on November 19th at 4:00 PM to take advantage of free health and wellness resources including;
– Blood Pressure Screenings
– Glucose Testing
– BMI Screenings
– Flu Shots

This is a family friendly event! We will also have activities for kids, so feel free to bring them along.

The Your Health Idaho team will also be on site answering any questions you may have about changing or enrolling in your 2020 health insurance plan.
