About Brenda

Brenda Stanley has been cooking since she was a child and loves creating and sharing her own recipes. She has written four cookbooks. All can be found on her website at talesofthedinnerbelle.com. Her cookbook, “The Zucchini Houdini” has been a bestseller and a must-have for gardeners (or those who end up with the squash on their doorstep).

Brenda has been writing a cooking column and recipe website for over five years and she was the host of her own cooking show on KPVI-TV for 10 years. She has also written four novels that can be found on her author website at brendastanleybooks.com.

She was a television news anchor and reporter for two decades in east Idaho and still works for KPVI doing special reports, but she devotes most of her time to writing, cooking, gardening and grandkids! She and her veterinarian husband, Dave, live on a small ranch in Blackfoot with their dogs, horses, chickens, sheep and whatever else Brenda decides to add to her “petting zoo.”
