Billy LeRay Manwill, 73, of Rexburg, Idaho, passed away August 17, 2018, at Eastern Idaho Regional Medical Center.

Funeral services will be held at 11:00 a.m. Wednesday, August 22, 2018, at the Idaho Falls LDS Mesa Building, 2545 Mesa Street. The family will visit with friends from 6:30 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. Tuesday at Wood Funeral Home East Side, 963 South Ammon Road, and Wednesday from 10:00 a.m. to 10:45 a.m. at the church. Burial will be in the Lincoln Cemetery.
