Charles Alvin Decker, 71, of Idaho Falls, passed away at home after an extended illness on January 28, 2018.

A celebration of life will be held from 3:00-4:00 p.m., Sunday, August 12, 2018, at Coltrin Mortuary, 2100 First Street.
