Grace Lynn Bothof

Grace Bothof, age 70, passed away peacefully surrounded by family at her home in Idaho Falls, Idaho on Tuesday, August 15, 2023.

Grace was born December 31, 1952 in San Francisco, California to James and Grace Reed.

She attended and graduated from Mission High School in San Francisco. Following graduation, she moved to the central valley in California and started a family. On December 31, 1994 Grace married the love of her life, Wilbur Bothof. In 2012, Grace and Wilbur relocated to Idaho Falls.

Grace had a natural talent with numbers and a successful career in the accounting field. She had a contagious faith that touched the lives of everyone around her. One of her greatest gifts was loving others and pouring the love of God into their lives.

Grace was preceded in death by her husband Wilbur Bothof, parents James and Grace Reed; son, Matthew Bothof, grandson Michael Hendrex Jr. and three brothers James Miranda, Frank Reed and Harold Coffey.

She was a loving and devoted wife, mother, grandmother and great grandmother, who treasured time with her family.

Grace is survived by her children, Mike (Jennifer) Hendrex of Idaho Falls, Sandra (Ryan) Jenson of Rigby, Joe (Christi) Hendrex of Idaho Falls, Aaron (Brandi) Bothof of Visalia, CA, AJ (Angel) Bothof of Las Vegas, NV; nine grandchildren and four great grandchildren.

A Celebration of Life will be held at 1:00 p.m. Thursday, August 17, 2023, at Outwest Bible Church located at 780 Lindsay Blvd. Idaho Falls. In Lieu of flowers the family request donations be made to Outwest Bible Church of Idaho Falls.
