Rhonda Lynn Spencer
December 1st, 1954 - February 2nd, 2024
Rhonda Lynn Spencer, 69, peacefully passed away at her home in Rigby, Idaho on February 2, 2024.
She was born on December 1, 1954 to Delores Allen Spencer and Ivan Spencer in Pocatello, Idaho.
Rhonda attended St. Leon School and Development Workshop. She lived with Bonny & Randy Jennings for 28 years.
She loved fishing, horses, riding four-wheelers, puzzles, her dog Charlie, and being teased by her nieces and nephews.
Rhonda was a gold medal Olympian in 1976 for Special Olympics Gymnastics in New York.
Rhonda is preceded in death by her parents, Ivan and Dolores; niece Brandi Marie Jennings and her beloved dog, Charlie.
She is survived by her sisters Bonny (Randy) Jennings and Colleen Chappell, and nine nieces and nephews.
Funeral services for Rhonda will be held on Friday, February 9, 2024 at 11:00 a.m. at Eckersell Memorial Chapel (101 W Main St., Rigby ID 83442) with a viewing beginning at 9:30 a.m. Interment will follow the funeral service at the Sutton Cemetery.
